These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the Travel Agent CRM provided by Digibranz Technologies.

1. Scope of Service

The CRM is a software platform for managing leads, bookings, communications, and internal travel agency operations. Digibranz Technologies does not provide travel services.

2. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for safeguarding login credentials and all activities carried out under their accounts.

3. Acceptable Use

• No unlawful or fraudulent use
• No spamming or misuse of communication tools
• No attempts to breach platform security

4. Third-Party Services

The CRM may integrate with third-party services such as email, SMS, WhatsApp, or payment gateways. Digibranz Technologies is not responsible for third-party service availability or policies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Digibranz Technologies shall not be liable for business losses, data misuse, or travel-related disputes arising from CRM usage.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
