This Data Deletion Policy explains how users of the CRM platform provided by Digibranz Technologies can request deletion of their data.
Users may request deletion of personal or business data stored within the CRM, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
Data deletion requests must be sent from the registered email address to:

The request should include company name, registered email ID, and CRM details for verification purposes.
Upon successful verification, data will be deleted within 3 to 7 working days.
Certain data may be retained if required by law, regulation, security, or audit requirements.
Backup or archived copies may exist temporarily and will be removed during regular maintenance cycles.
Confirmation of data deletion will be shared via email once the process is completed.
